At Stitch Freak LLC, our goal is to make your shopping and service experience as easy and trustworthy as possible. Our mission is to provide you with the highest quality automotive upholstery products and services in the industry.

We understand that sometimes customers change their minds or need assistance after placing an order, and we’re committed to making that process clear, honest, and straightforward.


Returns & Exchanges

All products and services offered by Stitch Freak LLC are custom-made to order, therefore non-refundable and non-cancelable. Because of the personalized nature of our work, refunds or credits are not issued once production or service has begun.

However, we always stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and the products we supply. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us — we’ll do our best to make it right. This may include repair, modification, or exchange (if applicable).

The following conditions apply:

  • All returns or exchanges must be processed through our official Return Procedure and require a valid, signed RGA (Return Goods Authorization) form.

  • Product(s) must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. Please do not assemble, install, or modify any item before returning.

  • Used or partially installed products cannot be returned.

  • In some cases, we may not require the physical product to be returned; disposal or field-destroy instructions will be provided if applicable.

In-Stock Parts:
If a return is approved, a minimum 25% restocking fee will apply. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all shipping fees both ways.

If shipping costs exceed 75% of the original purchase price, the return will not be accepted as it exceeds any potential profit margin.

Exceptions:
Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page — including all custom upholstery orders and made-to-order products — cannot be returned or refunded.


Shipping Fees

For orders shipped within the continental U.S. where the return reason is not a result of a Stitch Freak LLC error, the original shipping cost and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from any refund.

A prepaid return label may be provided for convenience.

Freight, international, and non-continental U.S. returns are accepted; however, coordinating return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
If an error was made by Stitch Freak LLC, a prepaid return label will be provided.


Core Deposits

Some products sold by Stitch Freak LLC may require a core deposit for swap, customization, or restoration programs. This deposit is fully refundable upon the return of a rebuildable, matching core.

Returned cores must be:

  • Fully assembled

  • Correct for the vehicle application

Cores that do not meet these conditions will not be refunded and will be discarded.


Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact our customer service team immediately.
Do not install, modify, or repair the part.

We will provide a replacement and a prepaid return label for the defective item.
Photos of the damage or defect may be required to process your claim.

All returns of this nature must be made within 10 days of delivery.
If the damage occurred during shipping, we will arrange a carrier pickup and handle the claim on your behalf.


Order Cancellations

Orders that have not yet entered production or shipment may be canceled, provided they are not marked non-cancelable or non-refundable.

Once an order has shipped or work has begun, cancellations are not permitted.

Cancellations may be requested via email, live chat, or phone by contacting our support team.


Billing, Refunds & Credits

Payments are typically processed when your order is placed. Refunds (if applicable) are issued once the returned product is received and inspected.

Refunds are made via the original payment method (Credit Card, Check, Affirm, etc.) and a confirmation email will be sent once processed. Please allow 5–7 business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund.


Shipping & Delivery

We use trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS to ensure fast, safe, and reliable delivery.
Available shipping options depend on product type and destination.

  • In-stock items usually ship within 1–3 business days.

  • Custom upholstery and made-to-order items typically ship within 4–6 weeks, depending on complexity.

Please note:

  • Oversized items may require freight shipping and a signature upon delivery.

  • International shipments may incur additional taxes, duties, and brokerage fees.

  • Locations such as HI, AK, PR, Guam, and international destinations may require additional shipping charges.

We are not responsible for additional costs, labor, or damages resulting from incorrect information or installation errors. We also reserve the right to cancel undelivered orders affected by such issues.
